Mid Tipp Mart (in Thurles) is the premier centre of cattle trading in Tipperary and indeed much of the surrounding counties. Our mission is to provide sellers and buyers of cattle with a fair platform. The Mart is a farmer co-operative run by farmers for farmers.
We cater for all types of stock and use three active sales rings for most of the year

Regular Monday Sale Jan-Dec (except Aug Bank Holiday Monday)
Weanlings (Bulls & heifers):
Special Wednesday Sales from Sept - Dec and sold prior to other cattle in their respective rings in August & January. The Weanling Show & Sale 1st Wed in Sept.
Calves are sold in the Wednesday sales on the same day as weanlings and on Mondays at other times of the year.
Dairy & Sucklers:Every second Wed from Feb-May
Calves:
Every Monday Jan-Aug & Wednesdays from Sept-Dec.
