We haven’t had ORF for 2 years, thank god! But when is the best time to vacinate against it? Is it better to do the ewes or lambs?

I have a maiden heifer with a white discharge from the womb and from time to time I also notice some cows with a similar discharge. It can be thick and slimy. The maiden heifer never had a calf and some cows could have it even three months after calving. Is it an infection that needs to be examined by a vet and treated with antibiotics or will it resolve itself of its own accord? Also could it be caused by a mineral deficiency?.

Just inquiring what exactly to use to boost fertility in both the ram and ewes prior to mating so as to achieve a high percentage of lamb per ewe? Is there anything on the irish market to administer as a dose or feed to improve performance? I’m a fresh face to sheep breeding so your help would be appreciated
