Midland Veterinary to host racing evening in Kilbeggan on May 11th.

Midland Veterinary are hosting a racing evening for their customers in Kilbeggan racecourse on May 11th. This is to welcome the custom from their new store in Portarlington, and to say thank you to all their existing valued customers in the Tullamore and Edenderry stores.



Midland Veterinary is a company at the forefront of innovation in the supply of agricultural products and services to the farming and rural communities.








It was acquired in 1999 by Ollie Ryan and Matt Corcoran 2 local businessmen employing 3 people. Now they have a staff of 14 between the 3 stores.

They have been running for almost 20 years now, expanding year on year in order to offer customers a wider range of products to suit the farming needs. Specialising in Sheep and Cattle farm supplies, and an extensive range of other general farming needs including clothing and dairy hygiene. Both gentlemen coming from farming backgrounds they understand the needs of farmers and the importance of keeping costs down. They open Monday to Saturday and offer a next day delivery to anywhere in the country.



Matt said “opening our second store in Edenderry in was a big undertaking, thankfully it worked out well and gave us the confidence to open our new store in Portarlington”.



The company now employs a staff of 14. “We are looking forward to a great turnout on the evening and hoping for fine weather” said Ollie. They both look forward to seeing all their valued customers on the evening and hope they have a lucky flutter!
