Access to or placement of content (paid or unpaid) on our website requires that you accept and abide by this Terms and Conditions Agreement ( Agreement) which includes any and all notifications re compliances and terms of usage of our services including any and all services on this website - to include notices by us regarding safety, terms of usage, terms and conditions, agreement, copyright notices, legal disclaimers, general terms and privacy policies.
2. By accessing and using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept this Agreement and that you agree to abide by its terms each time you access and use this Website. If you do not agree to all of this Agreement you should not use this Website.

FarmersForum.ie and/or its owners (us, we, our) reserve the absolute right at our sole discretion, without being obliged to give any reason, to reject, amend or remove any content posted or submitted by you at any time without notice to you. 4. All advertising placed on the classifieds section of our website must be farming related or directly serving the farming community. In preparing/authoring/placing an advertisement on our Website you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to promptly update the information that you provide to us when it changes.
5. It is not our policy to issue refunds, even in the case of adverts or other content being rejected or removed from this website by us. It is a requirement that you comply with our terms and conditions to ensure your advt is in compliance. 6. Content of advertisements and notices placed on this website are not controlled by us. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality of content or integrity of the person(s) placing such notices other than asking them to abide by the terms of usage. In using this website you may therefore be exposed to content that is not decent or which you may find objectionable.
7. If you have an issue with any content please use the "Report ad" link on the website to report advertisements that are in breach of these terms, is illegal, indecent or objectionable.
8. Classifed advertisements in the beta edition will be free of charge for a limited period. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time in the future, and to add other charging mechanisms, which information will be make known to advertisers before any payment is taken from them.
9. Any changes to our agreement will be updated on this location. Please check back before placement of future advertisements to ensure you are in compliance with any changes since you last viewed.
10. You must be 18 years of age to use this website.
11. We reserve the right to restrict the number of advertisements placed by any advertiser.
12. Do not repeat advertisements in more than one section or repeat the same advertisement advertisements across a number of counties or provinces ( such adverts should be a single advert for one area ( county, province or country) . Any such duplication of advertisements will render your registration invalid and we reserve the right to cancel your registered account and withdraw advertising facilities to you on this website.
13. All images used in advertisements must be owned by the person placing the image and free of copyright. In placing such images on this website you indemnify us from any claims that may arise in relation to any image. You also permit us to use such images/content you authorise us to use such images and content without charge, as we see fit. If you place an image or content on this website for which you are not authorised you accept full liablity for all costs and claims arising out of such usage including indemnifying us against any claims arising.
14. Any product or service offered on the website will be legal under Irish Law and ownership of any product offered must be within the rights of the person placing the advertisement ( under Irish Law).
15. Misselling and placement of advertisements for which there is no product will result in the registered account being closed by us.
16. All first communiciations between buyer / service provider and readers of our website must be through the website. The webiste forwards inquiries to the advertiser. Any breach of this procedure will invalidate the registered account. Therefore placing of phone numbers , email addresses or other contact details in the advertisement is in breach of this agreement.
17. If a product has been purchased or offer to sell withdrawn you must login and remove the item within 8 hours of sale/withdrawal. Reports of failure to do so will result in loss of this account.
18. Banner advertising on this website is available. To inquire about placing banner advertising please contact [email protected] We are not responsible for any Banner Advertiser’s services to you notwithstanding that the advertisement will appear on our Website.
19. Only products and services legal under Irish law may be advertised on this website.
20. The maximum payment for any claim by any party visiting, viewing or advertising on this website will not exceed the cost of the advertisement placed or 50 euros, whichever is the highest. All claims must first be reported via the "report ad" link on the website in order to be recognised as a claim.
21. From time to time we will contact you via your registation details to update or confirm your registration information. It is a condition of usage of our services that you respond and update your details accordingly.

Registration and login

When you place your first advertisement you will receive an email which you must respond to, to allow your advertisement go live and which allows you to login to your registered area.

Here you can update ads, delete ads and check on other useful services that FarmersForum.ie will offer from time to time.

Please use the login area to remove advts that are sold before expiry date, and to renew advts that are due to expire.

Proof of continuance

From time to time FarmersForum.ie will email you to confirm you are a registered person on this website. If you do not reply to this email, your account will be treated as no longer in use and will be removed from the website together with all infomation.

Your email address will be your unique reference on this website. You may change your password or request new password at any time by logging in.

Usage of Content and protection of your data.

In placing of advertisement, images or content on this website you authorise us to use this content free of any charges or encumbrances and permit us to use such data for promoitions or on other services we provide.

In registering on our website you permit us to contact you from time to time by email, phone or at your registered address to update you on services and features on the website, to advise you on any issues re your account, to offer you services from us or third parties providing other services.

FarmersForum.ie commit not to pass on any registration details to 3rd parties ( other than stated above or by what you make public in your advertisements/notices).
