Farming Business uses crowd funding finance

Having already raised finance on  Linked Finance once  this year - this is a return trip for Castlemine Farm Ltd is (http://www.castleminefarm.ie/) run by brother Derek and Brendan Allen in Co. Roscommon, Ireland. Both brothers have a passion for good food and believe that innovation in farming is required to bring good food into the mainstream.

To help expand their business they are using an Irish based crowd funding - with a difference - website Linked Finance. The difference is it is a short term loan from those who like to support business expansion and they earn interest over the period of the loan. Visit www.linkedfinance.ie for more info

For Derke and Brendan Allen things are looking good as their loan offer ends tonight (Tuesday) and is already oversubscribed.

So now the PIE REVOLUTION they spoke about last time is upon us. There is no nonsense behind these pies, they are just a Proper Pie. Tasty, meaty with only natural ingredients. They  have commenced trading with the pies and are seeing the weekly targets smashed. At present the system for manufacturing pies is laborious and this it where the finances are needed to purchase some key pieces of equipment to allow us to MAKE MORE. Also the sales and marketing of the pies requires further investment as well as cash flowing bulk purchasing of packaging and point of sale materials. If you help us here the pies will be at a shop near you soon and when you see them think of how your support helped made that happen

visit www.linkedfinance.ie to see how they are progress and if you are in the farming business looking to expand - perhaps you might consider tapping the "crowd funding" scene  through linkedfinance.ie
