A set danced itself into being, <strong>clapping<\/strong> was the only <strong>currency<\/strong>, and Irish threshed the air like a <strong>banner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Small routines, big dividends<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Their days began to <strong>rhyme<\/strong>. The kids tucked new <strong>sounds<\/strong> into their pockets, and the adults learned how to stay <strong>still<\/strong> without feeling <strong>stuck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>What the kids said out loud<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like when people start in <strong>Irish<\/strong> and don\u2019t switch to <strong>English<\/strong> for me,\u201d said the <strong>eldest<\/strong>. \u201cIt feels like a <strong>game<\/strong> I can actually <strong>play<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI made a friend who says I <strong>talk<\/strong> fast, and now I <strong>don\u2019t<\/strong>,\u201d said the <strong>youngest<\/strong>, \u201cbecause I have to find the <strong>word<\/strong> before I lose the <strong>thought<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Their parents heard the same <strong>music<\/strong>, softer and more <strong>stubborn<\/strong> each day.
