Cattle Prices – Friday November 10th 2017
There were good numbers on offer at last Friday’s sale which included a special sale of Heifers. There was a firm trade and a good demand for Bullocks with the majority of lots sold. Prices for Bullocks ranged from an average of €2.24 up to €2.78 per kilo. There was a brisk trade for Heifers with plenty of customer in attendance .Heifer prices fetched from an average of €2.32 per kilo up to €3.05 per kilo for a very good quality Limousin Heifer suitable for breeding weighing 590 kgs and making €1800. There was a good entry entry of Dry Cows on offer with lots averaging from €1.53 per kilo up to €2.08 per kilo. Friday November 17th Special Sale of Bullocks – 60 pens on offer-Also Heifers & Dry Cows Sales commence at 11 a.m. Cattle must be penned by 10 a.m. . Date for your Diary Special Sale of Cont. X.
