BIGGEST EVER ORGANIC SALE AT KILMALLOCK MART
440 Organic Stock were on offer at Kilmallock on Saturday last. Sellers came from as far away as Waterford, Tipperary, Kerry, Cork and Limerick to sell their Stock. Kilmallock is now the Main Sales centre for Organic Stock in the Southern half of the Country. Farmers, Feed Lots and Factories were purchasers. Males sold for up to €1300 each or €3.08 per kg. Females hit €1180 each or €3.31 per kg. Due to Demand from Sellers and Buyers there will be a 2nd Organic Sale this winter on Saturday December 2nd.
