SPECIAL SUCKLER SALE WEDNESDAY 21 st OCTOBER
1400 Stock were sold at Kilmallock this week. This
included 98 pens of Bullocks on Monday (Sale over at
3.15pm). Demand from farmers and exporters remains
very strong. 239 buyers purchased strong online and at
the ringside. Bullocks sold for up to €1470 each or
€2.33 per kg. Up to €545 was paid for runners and
young calves hit €310. Weanling bulls hit €900 each or
€2.70 per kg. Weanling heifers made up to €880 a head
or €2.46 per kg. Dry cows sold for up to €1,010 each or
€1.63 per kg. Heifers hit €1,170 a head or €2.24 per kg.
Factory Bulls sold for up to €1,480 each. Sucklers made
up to €1,700 per unit. On this Wednesday October 21 st a
Special Sale of Suckler Cows takes place. Entries now
booking.

From now until late November Weanlings will be sold
on Tuesday Evenings.

The next Organic Sale will be held on Saturday
November 28 th
