The 2013 Enniskerry Victorian Field Day takes place on Sunday 15th September 2013 at Knocklinn Farm, Ballyman Road just minutes from Bray and Enniskerry in Co. Wicklow. Proceeds are in aid of the Wicklow Hospice Foundation and our local parishes in Enniskerry. Gates are open from 11am to 5pm. Entry fee only €5 per person and kids go FREE.
ARTISAN FOOD
Experience and savour the wonderful aromas of freshly baked bread and local produce. Taste the sweetness of the seasonal preserves and chutneys. Enjoy rambling and meandering through the craft stalls and learning ‘how to’ at the many demonstrations.
This is both a food lover and shoppers treat not to be missed. After an enjoyable ramble through our indoor and outdoor Artisan Market grab something tasty and delicious from the food fair, find yourself a comfy straw bale in our food village and relax!
There will be lots of superb musicians serenading you from our Music stage throughout the day. Soak up the atmosphere, stunning coastal views and mountain scenery. See our gallery to get a taste of the fun from the last few years.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Enniskerry Victorian Field Day is a unique festival offering everyone the chance to experience a traditional rural day out. The sights, sounds and smells will bring you back in time and yet we are only 30 minutes from Dublin! Knocklinn Farm is a truly unique setting for a festival, with the Sugarloaf Mountain as an amazing backdrop and the views of the Bray coastline are stunning.
Why not come along in Victorian costume; it adds to the spirit of the day and you will be in with a chance to win magnificent prizes in our ‘Best Dressed’ competition. Or crank up the engine on your Vintage car or tractor and possibly take home the perpetual cup in our competition. Enjoy all the fantastic goods at the Artisan Market and Food Fair. Relax on some straw bales in the food village, soak up the atmosphere and let our musicians entertain you!
Lots of fantastic prizes on offer at all our competitions and there will be many guest appearances by celebrities throughout the day!
