Winning 50% of the first vote ensured Athenry Farmer Joe Healy has become the latest President of the I.F.A. with a very strong mandate. New blood was the clear voting decision and following on from the controversy that caused this election Joe Healy has his work cut out and he has stated that farm incomes and diminishing margins are very strong on his agenda.
