Agricultural land bottoming out AGRICULTURE LAND PRICES BOTTOMING OUT - The results of a study by the Irish Farmers Journal show that after hitting a peak of almost �24,000 per acre in 2006 agricultural land prices have fallen by 57% to a national average of �8,700 per acre. The signs are this could be where the fall will stop, as it is the second year in a row at this level.
