Robust Beef demand Worldwide for 2013

According to the Livestock and Meat Commission - Northern Ireland is a net exporter of beef with over 80% going abroad. Global trends for increase by consumers worldwide in eating beef augers well, although overall in the EU dairy herd size is back 1.2% with Ireland being the exception. It focusses on the opportunities for beef export ouside of the EU
