There are quite a lot of recipes on the internet, but they have to be "family approved:)"

So let me start:
I can recommend that this recipe for Roast Pork cooked in Beer with steam potatoes and French beans is great.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking TIme: 50 minutes
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4
Ingredients
* Loin of pork
* Olive oil
* 1 white onion
* Oregano
* 2 garlic
* bit of flour
* half glass of cold water
* a bottle of beer(blonde beer only)
* To serve:
* French beans
* Potatoes

Method
1. Put everything into the pressure cooker for 15 mins. Once the skin is getting brown you need to close off the lid of the pressure cooker and leave it for 15min.
2. In the meantime you will have to steam the vegetables (potatoes + french beans) once they cooked you can add some butter on top to melted with some chops of Parsley. Et voila!
